Terms of Sale & Fulfillment

  • All TCG products sold are 100% factory-sealed and sourced securely.

  • Inventory is strictly physical and on-hand; the store does not offer pre-orders, backorders, or hold deposits.

  • Fulfillment is managed as a solo operation, with shipments dispatched sporadically a few times a week.

  • All purchases must be completed securely through the automated Shopify checkout.

  • Sales and shipping are restricted exclusively to the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout using USPS (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail). Orders with a product subtotal over $85.00 automatically qualify for free shipping.

  • VPA Distribution LLC may enforce individual item limits or deck display caps at checkout to ensure fair access for collectors and players.

Returns, Cancellations & Errors

  • All sales are strictly final with no returns accepted under any circumstances.

  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for any products damaged during transit.

  • The LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders resulting from incorrect pricing, inaccurate specifications, or technical inventory glitches.

  • If an order is cancelled due to a pricing or stock error after payment has cleared, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.

Legal Agreements, Disclaimers & Privacy

  • By completing a checkout, customers affirm they are at least 18 years of age (or possess explicit legal parental/guardian consent) and are the authorized user of the payment method.

  • Customer data collected during checkout is used strictly for transaction processing and fulfillment via Shopify; it is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

  • VPA Distribution LLC is a registered single-member Limited Liability Company operating out of Verona, Pennsylvania.

  • The LLC operates as an independent online retailer. Registered trademarks and copyrights (e.g., Palworld and Palworld Official Card Game by Pocketpair, Inc. and Bushiroad Co., Ltd.) are used strictly for product identification and display, and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or direct corporate affiliation.
